Food Item

Each cabin is to coordinate their individual meal plans – see cabin assignments for contact information

Potluck item for Saturday night – see cabin assignment for dish type

Don’t forget staples like coffee, condiments, and plenty of hydration!

Personal Items

Gift Exchange Item

Each attendee is requested to bring one wrapped gift. It can be anything you want – something you make, a gag gift, white elephant item.

Suggested worth: $0 - $10 maximum.

Raffle Item

Raffle items are encouraged to help raise money for scholarships and future retreat expenses. Raffle items can be something you make,

puchase, or recycle but should be an item that is desirable. No junk or garage

Please bring enough CASH to cover the following anticipated expenses:

Tip money – each cabin is responsible for adequately tipping the housekeeping staff. Suggested individual donation is $5.

Raffle money – raffle tickets will be sold to raise money for scholarships and future retreat expenses. Tickets will be sold for $2 each or 3 for $5.

Hot springs – last known, Cottonwood cost was $15 for the day. Not sure about Princeton, but plan for hot springs costs if you plan to go.
